33-Days of Conscious Playtime

Create the year that will stand out in your journey as the year you actively began BEING your best self!

This is YOUR year and I’ve got good news!!

All you have to do is show up, be present, connect, follow your inner guidance and take inspired action.

You have everything you need, to have everything that you desire; already within you.

33 days of conscious playtime.

Tapping into the deep well of wisdom within you to create a year that stands out in your life
as the year you actively began BEING your best self.

Here’s the recipe of daily ingredients for you to open up to your True Essence, your Inner Self & to unleash your own special magic. Every day for 33 days, incorporate each of these factors into your day:

  1. My Magic Morning:

o   Morning Pages

§  this technique is the invention of Julia Cameron and it is truly lifechanging

§  write 3 pages free hand about whatever is in your head the moment you wake up

§  this can be negative or positive, grumpy or jovial – it’s a no-judgment zone to clear your mind before your ego & inner critic wake up

o   Gratitude

§  Either in a journal or in an app

§  Write, type or record what you are grateful for

o   Mirror Love

§  Go to the mirror and hold eye contact with yourself for 60 seconds

§  Say ‘I love you’ to yourself in the mirror

o   Visioning – my perfect day

§  Still looking in the mirror, speak out loud what your perfect day looks like

§  it can be now or in the future, real or completely made up

§  the wilder you go, the bigger you vision gets, the harder your subconscious will work to create that experience for you.

o   Meditate & Reflect

§  Take 5 to 15 minutes of stillness

§  Do any kind of meditation that works for you

§  Ask yourself questions in your journal straight after your meditation – whatever questions come to mind

o   Breathwork & Cold Water Mantras

§  Do 5 to 15 minutes of breathwork

§  Followed with a cold shower

§  Whilst in the cold shower, speak out loud mantras over your life

  2. Mindful Movement

o   Do 45 minutes of some kind of physical movement

o   This can be one thing or a combination

o   I like to do yoga and strength training in the morning and I add on a walk or a run later in the day

  3. Nature Time

o   Find a way to connect with nature – even if it is just 5 minutes

o   I use combine my walk and my nature time – bonus!

  4. Fulfilling Food & Wonderful Water

o   Stick to an eating plan that will serve your health and vitality

o   Ensure that you drink 8 glasses of water per day

  5. Meaningful Media

o   Monitor your media intake – what you consume, you become

o   I like to use the mantra ‘create before I consume’

  6. Restorative Rest

o   Ensure that for the 33 days, you get enough sleep

o   Listen to your body

  7. Progress Photo

o   Take a photo of yourself every day

o   Why? Your face and body (your physiology) tell a powerful story about where you’re at and you’ll be amazed at the end of the 33 days what you see in your photos

o   I like to take a full body pic as well as a selfie of my face only.

  8. Share & Enjoy

o   Share this experience with your trusted friends, family & Light Up Community

o   Have fun! Life is a game, so play it your way.
