If any opposing, negative or judgemental thoughts come up for you as you read this greeting, acknowledge the thought, thank your mind for the thought and then ask the thought to leave.

Good morning goddess.
You reconnected with your physical body yesterday and today you get to accept your physical body exactly as it is.
Right now, in this moment, your body is what it is. You might wish that certain body parts were different – that they look different or work better but the fact is, right now, your body is as it is. In order to achieve happiness, acceptance is needed. From a point of acceptance of what is real, you can then identify what changes are realistic and possible. In order to Embrace your Goddess Body, you will first need to accept your body as it is today.
Daily Affirmation
I accept my body as it is.
Call to Action
Think about accepting your body exactly as it is, warts and all.
🖤 Write down what scares you about accepting your body the way it is. How might you feel if you overcame this fear and accepted your body exactly as it is?
🖤 After you have finished writing and you’re sure you have got it all out, read it back to yourself and then say the affirmation out loud again.
🖤 Now go and look at yourself in the mirror. Once again, as you did yesterday, really look at yourself. As you look into the mirror, say the affirmation to yourself as many times as possible but at least once. Try to stay in front of the mirror for 2 full minutes.
🖤 Touch an area of your body that you would want to change. Look at that body part and say the affirmation again.
🖤 Use the Daily Affirmation. Try to use the full affirmation if you can. Say it out loud, write it down, think it to yourself and use it as often as possible throughout the day. At the end of today, say it to yourself again before you go to sleep. If possible, listen to the meditation again before sleeping as well.

♡ Today’s meditation is in the form of an EFT or Tapping session. If you are familiar with Tapping, that is great! If not – here is a brief explanation:
♡ Tapping is a combination of Ancient Chinese Acupressure and Modern Psychology that works to physically alter your brain, energy system and body all at once. The practice consists of tapping with your fingertips on specific meridian points while speaking statements covering a wide range of emotions, out loud.
♡ Using the fingertips, tap on the following points 7 – 12 times, one statement per tapping point.
Top of the head
Just above the eyebrows
On the temples on either side of the eyebrows
Just under the eyes
Just under the nose (one hand only)
Just under the bottom lip (one hand only)
Just below the collar bones
On the side of the ribs below the armpit
Wrist to wrist
